Pack the item securely, include your order number, and return to:

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we’re not responsible for lost items.
Right to Cancel
Under UK law, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Notify us in writing (via email or phone) within this period, then return the items unused and in their original condition within a further 14 days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days. We’ll offer a replacement or refund, including standard delivery costs. You’ll receive a prepaid return label for faulty or incorrect items.
Exemptions
Personalised or custom-made items, used products, or items not in their original condition and packaging cannot be returned. Please contact us if you’re unsure about eligibility.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and notify you of your refund. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds cover the item cost but exclude delivery services.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order. We’ll issue a refund for the original item once it’s returned.
